Welcome to Ashfield Rod and Gun Club and thank you for visiting our site. The club is located in the Berkshire foothills of Western Massachusetts in the towns of Hawley and Plainfield.
The club is situated on 110 acres of forested land, open fields and a 10 acre pond. The club offers an array of outdoor opportunities such as hiking, camping, fishing and social activities. Hunting is also permitted on club grounds during the regulated seasons. There is an active habitat management plan to help keep the properties diverse ecosystems healthy.
Our Facilities include a clubhouse, a 100 yard shooting range and 50 foot pistol range with covered shooting benches, a trap shooting station, and a covered pavilion for outdoor events. The club offers a variety of events geared for all ages and encourages youth and family participation with educational and outdoor activities such as the hunter education program and fishing derbies.
